The air turned suddenly cold overnight. In the cool morning air, steam rises from the surface creating a local fog that slowly swirls over the body of water.
Exercised, heat rising off of her is made visible by vapor. Her spirit, warmed to the coming day and energized by the body within, lifts up and is made light. Temporally free of reality’s grapples, it becomes buoyant and pulls her from the gravity of reality. As dawn breaks she soars beneath the ballon of her spirit throughout a dreamscape. The day can wait.
